If you are a first time customer, or have a new pet, please go to CUSTOMER REGISTRATION - sign up as a new customer, and let us care for your babies while you are away. Our Tails a Waggin' team can’t wait to have your pet join us and enjoy their home away from home! We do require a Social Evaluation prior to any reservation, so please pick a time and date that works for you and your furry friend.
Dog & Cat Boarding ~ Dog daycare & Dog Grooming All customers must register - TO REGISTER 1. Click customer log in button located at bottom of our page - Submit your registration. Approval within 24 hours. 2. Upload ALL current vaccines 3. Schedual social evaluation ($10 per pet) Pre-stay requirements To ensure a healthy and happy experience for all of our dogs, check out the list below, and feel free to contact us if you have questions! VaccinesWritten proof from your Vet of Current Vaccines - Prior to your pet's visit. - Dog's Rabies, Distemper & Bordetella Cat's Rabies & FVRCP Ferret Rabies We recommend a day at our Daycare prior to your boarding stay to assure that your pet will feel comfortable in our facility, and to ensure our staff can care for them in a safe manner. We evaluate their behavior with thier neighbors, and getting in and out of the kennels. If you have two DOGS that have never stayed with us before and wish that they be boarded together, we do recommend a day of DAYCARE so that we can evaluate how they get along - Cost $22 per pet. Social Evaluation - Appointments NEW PET Social Evaluation Required For all new Pets - $10 per pet - appointment required Hours for evaluations Tuesday through Thursday 10:00am - 4:00pm ALL NEW CUSTOMERS must schedule SOCIAL EVALUATION prior to boarding, daycare reservations are accepted as an alternative. We Provide for all boarding friends All dishes, measuring cups, bedding, and lots of fun..... Bring with you Pre-portioned meals for your pet. We CAN give a raw diet if you provide (ask staff to provide disposable dishes) If you forget your food or treats - MUST BE PAID FOR AT DROP OFF Kibble for $1 per cup Can food - Chicken or Lamb & Rice ($4 + tax per can) Kirkland brand for $50 per bag + tax you can bring a t-shirt or towel that you do not want back with the smells of home so they might be more comfortable. Please do not Bring Tennis balls, or anything that rolls (it blocks our drain), anything small & hard that is smaller than a tennis ball (it will clog our drains) bedding, any toys that you want back (somehow they mysteriously disappear) everthing will be considered a donation.
In the event of an Emergency our standard policy is to make every effort to contact you. We will seek medical attention, when necessary, first from your regular Vet, then from a trusted local Vet or 24 hr. Vet Hospital. We will continually attempt to contact you and your emergency contacts with updates. I accept kennel contract by dropping off our pet at TAILS A WAGGIN - please ask for a copy in our office - by making appointments on line system and/or dropping off pet you agree to this contract
